Vaccum System SV-2
- The vacuum system is a device to provide negative pressure for die during die-casting.
- Vacuum die-casting can Improve density of the casting product, get rid of surface flow marks and gas porosity inside the casting product, reduce the difficulty of casting, increase qualified rate of casting product, extend service life of die, strengthen the casting product to enhance its pressure resistance, leakage resistance, and welding feature.
Servo Sprayer

Servo Sprayer can be containing all of the advantages of normal sprayer. If you using servo motor with high endurance bearing adopted in driving sprayer for fast up/down movement and have an energy saving advantage.

Auto Ladler
- Accurate molten metal supply positioning for high reliability.
- VF control, stable speed change; stable molten metal surface, accurate ladling.
- Time and speed can be set externally thus making adjustment easily.
- AC motor is adopted for long time continual operation without maintenance.
- Special material adopted to ladle shaft that is matched with special journal for long time operation at high temperature and under no lubrication condition.
Auto Sprayer
- Unique pneumatic circuit design, even misting with good effect.
- Mist spraying can be adjusted easy by time and flow valve.
- Fixed, removable die mist spraying can be adjusted individually.
- Copper tube direction can be set easily, applicable to any complicate dies.
- Copper tube base can be easily replaced.
- Ascending limit position can be locked automatically upon no air pressure.
Auto Extractor

- Chucking arm is specially designed for removing out not easy to fall off and durability.
