2014 New year kick-off ceremony

The first working day after the Chinese New Year, every staff arrived in the office on 7:30am (half hour earlier than usual). No one complains why we need to show up so early, and everyone is so happy and helpful. I assume that everyone display their solidarity and identification for the company. Either gender or position hierarchy, everyone works happily to prepare the traditional ceremony together. So does the clean-up job. This spirit of spontaneous teamwork comes out from TBC unique corporate culture. I dare to say that is one of TBC's best assets.
